From meeting Mr Thomas Gentle until the floor was laid the service we received was superb. Thomas was professional and charming, nothing too much trouble, left messages were returned, and questions were answered. Any concerns were quickly responded to, and dealt with and assurances were made. We felt very valued and confident. And were not disappointed. Our fitters, Chris and Jordan were competent and approachable. When the occasion arose, asked for our advice, no issues, no hassles. A joy to have in our home.
And again nothing too much trouble, our beautiful floor looks amazing. It is stunning the detail and effort they put into it was incredible.
